Pros and cons of anime fandom
what is anime
Anime is a drawn or rendered animation originating from Japan. anime is different to other worldwide animations as anime puts more focus into the set, charecter’s, costumes and theme whereas other traditional animations made invest more in how realistic the movment and looks of the charecter’s are and the plot. anime targets a younger / teen audience but anime also have alot of older fans.

Anime has been in existence for over a hundred years now. The earliest evidence of animated work in Japan dates back to the 1900’s. It is a well known fact that Disney animations were a huge inspiration and motivation for the Japanese to create their own animation which is now popularly known as anime.
The short film that is known to be the first anime ever is a short film called namakura gatana, which translates to The dull sword. It is a short film directed by Junichi Kouchi which was discovered and digitally restored in 2008. Namakura Gatana is the story of a samurai who owns a dull sword. In order to test his sword, he attacks the civilians of his town but he is beaten by all of them.
Even though this anime film was iconic it wasnt the first anime to have a fanbase. The first anime ever created to have a fandom was astro boy but originally named Tetsuwan Atom and was created in 1951 by Japanese cartoonist and animator Osamu Tezuka only six years after the end of World War Two.
What is a fandom
A fandom is a subculture created by fans that are obsessed over a game film franchise or band. For something to be considered as a fandom it has to include a collective group of strong fans and sometimes events and hobbies related to the game film franchise film or band.

One of the best things about anime is that you’ll never feel or be isolated from a conversation when it comes to the fans of an anime fandom. They’ll always want to include you in their discussions about certain episodes, characters, quotes and plots. Plus when people try to hate on you for being a the others will step in and defend you on your behalf.

In the anime fandom if you go to conventions and online groups etc it is the perfect way to make new friends. These people that you may meet in this fandom will not only relate to you on an average level but you can also relate your opinion and love that you have for anime.in some cases people have found their boyfriend or girlfriend from this fandom
Anime Fandomsare mainly healthy, but if you’re not aware they can cross over the reality and responsibility of life. The world of anime can sometimes take control of your life. In some cases anime fandoms get a little addicting, so discipline yourself to make sure you take care of all of your proper responsibilities first.
In certain parts of the anime fandom there are hate groups that rip into not only the fans that love the series, but the overall creation of the series itself. They do this by complaining about a certain anime show and covering it up by saying it is constructive criticism.
